Abstract

The application discloses a multi-point digital heating system of a heating furnace and a heating method thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of digital control. The application determines whether the heating furnace needs to be regulated or abnormally maintained based on the processing result of the parameter data of the heating furnace. An intelligent regulation module is arranged to regulate the parameters of the heating furnace after receiving a regulation instruction. If the regulation is successful, the time required for the regulation is recorded. If the regulation fails, an abnormal regulation instruction is sent to an abnormal operation maintenance module. The automatic regulation of the operation parameters of the heating furnace is realized, the regulation delay is reduced, the possibility of the side reaction of the output substance is reduced, and the matching degree of the output substance and the expected output substance is improved. An equipment updating determination module is arranged to compare the calculated operation quality index of the heating furnace with a preset critical value of the operation quality index of the heating furnace to determine whether the equipment needs to be updated, so that the production loss and production risk caused by the overuse of the heating furnace are avoided.
