Abstract

The application discloses a mini fixed type corrugated paper printing, slotting, die cutting and box folding and gluing linkage line, which comprises a paper feeding unit, a printing unit, a line pressing unit, a slotting unit, a die cutting unit and a box folding and gluing unit arranged in sequence along the conveying direction of the corrugated paper, wherein the slotting unit adopts a conveying mode without a lower shaft, the slotting unit comprises a rack and multiple groups of slotting mechanisms arranged in parallel in the rack, each slotting mechanism is provided with an independent belt type transmission assembly, and the upper and lower sides of each slotting mechanism are respectively provided with sliding type adjusting assemblies. In the application, the slotting unit without a conveying lower shaft is arranged, the corrugated paper conveying mechanism is simplified, the overall weight of the equipment is greatly reduced, the corrugated paper surface is effectively prevented from being pressed to form an indentation, the overall processing effect of the mini corrugated paper box product with high processing precision requirement is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the paper scraps can be prevented from being accumulated in the equipment, so that the normal operation of the equipment is better ensured.
