Knitting method for preventing fabric from slipping and fabric thereof

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of warp knitting, and particularly relates to a warp knitting method for preventing fabric from slipping and a fabric thereof. The warp knitting method comprises the following steps: S1, warping; S2, lining and embedding threads: starting the warp knitting machine to knit a knitted fabric with a grid-like openwork pattern, wherein the warp threads or the weft threads of the knitted fabric are mixed with the thermoplastic yarns; S3, loop forming: at the intersection of the warp threads and the weft threads, the warp threads and the weft threads can be knitted into reinforced knitted loops; S4, hot pressing and setting; and S5, cylinder dyeing. The warp knitting method mixes the thermoplastic yarns with the warp threads or the weft threads and adds a hot pressing step, so that the yarns after hot pressing are fused and set and have a certain supporting force, thereby setting the knitted fabric with the grid-like openwork pattern as a whole or partially, and effectively preventing the common mesh fabric from slipping and falling off. When the warp knitting method is applied to a garment or a shoe upper, the overall shape of the fabric is not easy to deform and has a supporting force.
