Marine vertical winding pipe heat exchanger and liquid natural gas gasification system

Abstract

The application provides a vertical wound pipe heat exchanger for a ship and a liquid natural gas gasification system, which comprises a shell, a center rod, a heat exchange winding pipe and a vibration device; a pipe side inlet is formed in the top of the shell, and a base is arranged at the bottom of the shell; the center rod is fixed at the center of the base; the heat exchange winding pipe enters the shell through the pipe side inlet and is arranged around the center rod; and the vibration device is fixed to the center rod to vibrate the center rod in a preset mode and drive the heat exchange winding pipe to vibrate to remove liquid film. The heat exchange winding pipe is tightly wound around the center rod, and a vibration device is arranged on the center rod, so that when the vibration device drives the center rod to vibrate, the liquid film generated on the heat exchange winding pipe can be shaken off, thereby reducing the heat exchange resistance, improving the heat exchange efficiency and solving the problem that the heat exchange efficiency of the existing wound pipe heat exchanger is low due to the generation of liquid film.
