Abstract

The application discloses a pipe clamping and angle adjusting method on a pipe bending machine. The method adopts an automatic clamping and rotating device. The specific steps of the method are as follows: S1, adjusting the rotating die to the position where the clamping groove is located and the relative position of the pipe bending wheel module on the pipe bending machine through cooperation of left and right sliding devices and up and down sliding devices; S2, placing the pipe into the clamping groove, and making the pipe part to be bent in the pipe bending wheel module, and then starting the pipe clamping die assembly to clamp the pipe against the bottom of the clamping groove; S3, rotating the rotating die around the center line thereof to the required angle through the rotating device to complete the angle adjustment of the pipe, and then the pipe can be bent through the pipe bending wheel module. The automatic clamping and rotating device is simple and compact in structure, and occupies small space. The pipe clamping and angle adjusting method based on the above device can stably clamp the pipe and accurately ensure the rotating angle of the pipe, and greatly improves the qualified rate of products.
