A positioning jig for spot welding and forming battery cell

Abstract

The application provides a positioning jig for spot welding and forming battery cells, comprising a bottom plate, a first bottom plate, a plurality of second bottom plates and a third bottom plate, the second bottom plates are arranged between the first bottom plate and the third bottom plate, the number of the second bottom plates can be adjusted according to the number of battery cells to be spot welded, a pair of opposite corners of the second bottom plate is respectively pivotally connected with a corner of the adjacent bottom plate, so that the bottom plate can be folded into a side-by-side or linear type; a positioning plate, a first positioning plate, a plurality of second positioning plates and a third positioning plate, the first positioning plate, the second positioning plate and the third positioning plate are respectively fixed on the first bottom plate, the second bottom plate and the third bottom plate, and the positioning plate is used for placing battery cells. The application has the beneficial effects of realizing the spot welding arrangement and positioning of the battery cells and forming operation, saving the jig and manpower, and being simple to operate and easy to process and manufacture.
