Co-MoOx nanosheets were prepared by a solvothermal method, and oxygen vacancies were generated during the electrochemical process by utilizing the hydrogen spillover effect. This solved the problem of low uranyl extraction efficiency in seawater, and achieved efficient seawater uranyl reduction and extraction, providing a new strategy for efficient electrochemical uranium extraction.

本发明公开了一种电化学提铀的氧化钼基纳米片的制备方法及电化学提铀装置,包括:采用溶剂热工艺合成MoOx纳米片;将Co负载在MoOx纳米片上,得到Co‑MoOx纳米片;本发明构筑了金属钴与富含氧空位的MoOx复合纳米片,在含8ppm U(VI)的模拟海水中,Co‑MoOx纳米片相对于MoOx纳米片表现出快速的吸附动力学,40min内提取效率为95.8%,其最大吸附容量达1836.4mg / g。在天然海水中,经过电化学提取‑解吸过程,Co‑MoOx纳米片对铀的提取效率达68%,提取容量为4.48mg / g。本发明为高效海水提铀电极材料的制备以及经济实用性提供新的思路和策略。
