Amorphous alloy hot plastic extrusion process nozzle

Abstract

The application relates to a non-crystal alloy thermoplastic extrusion process nozzle, which comprises a nozzle support, a cooling module, a split nozzle and two pulse current electrodes; the cooling module, the split nozzle and the two pulse current electrodes are arranged in an extrusion discharging cavity of the nozzle support, the cooling module is provided with a discharging channel and a cooling cavity, the split nozzle is a two-piece structure which is oppositely and spacedly arranged, the upper end of the split nozzle is provided with a storage cavity, and the lower end of the split nozzle is provided with a spraying channel; the two pulse current electrodes are oppositely and spacedly arranged and are connected with the two split nozzles respectively. According to the application, the non-crystal alloy material is put into the storage cavity, the two pulse current electrodes are connected, the non-crystal alloy part connected with the circuit is heated, and the remaining non-crystal alloy is cooled through the cooling module, so that the nozzle is prevented from being blocked due to crystallization of the non-crystal alloy, and the use cost of the nozzle is saved.
