Composite current collector, preparation process and battery containing the composite current collector

Abstract

The present invention discloses a composite current collector, a preparation process and a battery containing the composite current collector, wherein the composite current collector comprises a first metal layer, an adhesive layer and a second metal layer, and the first metal layer and the second metal layer are respectively arranged on the two sides of the adhesive layer. The preparation process comprises plating the first metal layer on the two sides of the first release film; forming an adhesive layer on the first metal layer to form a first semi-finished product; pasting the second release film on the two sides of the first semi-finished product to form a second semi-finished product; peeling the second release film from the adhesive layer, plating the second metal layer on the adhesive layer; peeling the composite current collector and the first release film to obtain two rolls of composite current collectors. The composite current collector abandons the polymer material base film layer, can improve the bonding force between the metal layer and the adhesive layer, and will not have wrinkles, which can effectively improve the product yield. The preparation process simultaneously coats the two sides of the first release film, which improves production efficiency and capacity.
