Polyurea anticorrosive waterproof coating and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The present invention discloses a polyurea anticorrosion and waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of coating processing technology. The polyurea anticorrosion and waterproof coating includes component A and component B, wherein component A is composed of a modified isocyanate prepolymer, a catalyst and a solvent, and component B is composed of an anticorrosive polyaspartic acid ester, a defoamer and a leveling agent; the modified isocyanate prepolymer is obtained by reacting a modifying liquid, polypropylene glycol and dicyclohexylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate, and the anticorrosive polyaspartic acid ester is obtained by reacting 4-dodecylphenol with polyaspartic acid ester. The present invention also provides a preparation method for the above-mentioned polyurea anticorrosion and waterproof coating, which has a simple process. The polyurea coating prepared by the present invention has excellent anticorrosion and waterproof properties, is easy to apply, and the coating formed after curing can adapt to environmental changes, has good toughness and is wear-resistant.
