Blockchain-based medical data credible and secure storage system

Abstract

The application provides a blockchain-based medical data credible and safe storage system, comprising the following working methods: method one, the medical institutions or organizations applying to register and join the decentralized blockchain network are first authorized; method two, when the institutions or organizations joining the system need to upload medical data for sharing, the image data is first homomorphically encrypted, and the patient privacy information is embedded; then, the encrypted data is stored in the off-chain database by calling the smart contract, and the returned hash value is stored on the chain; method three, for other organizations or institutions joining the storage system network, when accessing the on-chain medical data, the corresponding on-chain data is selected in the storage system, and the corresponding ciphertext decryption private key is applied; after obtaining the decryption private key, the corresponding data is obtained and decrypted, and the download acquisition record is left on the chain. The application can realize the traceability of the source data and the low-overhead encryption privacy protection of the medical information data.
