Zipper cutting machine

Abstract

The application provides a zipper cutting machine, which comprises a rack, a workbench, a cutting mechanism and a positioning mechanism. The workbench is installed on the rack and has a work carrying surface for carrying the zipper. The cutting mechanism has a cutter reciprocating towards or away from the workbench. The positioning mechanism is installed on the rack and has a sliding body reciprocating along the length direction of the zipper. The cutting mechanism is installed on the sliding body. In the zipper cutting machine, the zipper is placed on the work carrying surface of the workbench, and then the cutter moves towards the workbench to cut the end of the zipper. After cutting, the cutter moves away from the workbench to reset, which reliably ensures the cutting quality of the end of the zipper. In particular, the sliding body of the positioning mechanism drives the cutting mechanism to move along the length direction of the zipper relative to the rack, so that the position of the cutting mechanism and the cutter relative to the rack in the length direction of the zipper is adjustable, thereby meeting the requirement of cutting the end of the zipper to different lengths.
