Abstract

The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a magnetic zeolite adsorbent from alkaline lithium slag, a magnetic zeolite adsorbent and applications, belonging to the technical field of lithium slag resource utilization. The method comprises: sequentially performing water washing, drying, ball milling, sieving and other pretreatments on the alkaline lithium slag to obtain a pretreated material; adding an alkali flux to the pretreated material, and performing alkali fusion treatment to obtain a clinker; grinding the clinker into a powder, adding water to the powder, and performing aging treatment, crystallization treatment, filtration and washing, pH adjustment and drying treatment to obtain at least one magnetic zeolite. The present disclosure first comprehensively processes the alkaline lithium slag, reduces the use of alkali flux, and synthesizes various types of zeolite molecular sieves by using an improved two-step melting hydrothermal method and by adjusting the alkali fusion treatment process, thereby realizing the preparation of high-purity magnetic zeolite and the high-value resource utilization of lithium mica smelting slag.
