Preparation method and application of a freeze-thaw resistant, oil-proof and fluorine-free pulp molded appliance

Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method and application of a freeze-thaw resistant, oil-proof and fluorine-free pulp molded appliance. The method adopts a coarse fiber network as a skeleton, residual lignin and fine fibers as fillers, lignin and rosin as hydrophobic agents, and polyhydroxybutyrate as an oil-proof agent. The pulp molded appliance prepared by the method has excellent rigidity and permeation resistance, can block the penetration of hot oil, and can maintain structural stability and performance reliability under repeated freeze-thaw conditions. The application proposes a multi-scale structure design, combines hydrogen bonds, lignin self-crosslinking and electrostatic interaction, promotes the hydrophobization, densification, firmness and coating of the pulp molded appliance, solves the problems of uncontrollable deformation and poor permeation resistance caused by a large number of voids and water-sensitive hydrogen bonds in the fiber network, has simple process, is green and environment-friendly, is low in cost, expands the application potential of the pulp molded appliance in oily, wet and cold, freeze-thaw and other extreme environments, and can be widely applied in the fields of catering and packaging.
