Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of anion exchange membrane preparation, in particular to a preparation method and application of a PVA / cyclodextrin anion exchange membrane with a reticular structure and high performance for acid recovery by diffusion dialysis. Polyvinyl alcohol and cyclodextrin are dissolved in an organic solvent dimethyl sulfoxide to form a casting solution, a crosslinking agent (1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid) and a mixed catalyst (EDC\s-NHS as a carboxyl activator and Lewis acid as a catalyst) are added into the casting solution, the obtained casting solution is coated on a glass plate, the glass plate is formed into a film in an oven, the obtained film is subjected to a hot-pressing crosslinking reaction, the film after the hot-pressing is immersed in a potassium iodide solution for a quaternary ammonium reaction, and the film after water washing is obtained as the anion exchange membrane with the reticular structure and high performance. The preparation method and production process of the reticular structure anion exchange membrane are simple, the production efficiency is high, the strength of the film is high, the dimensional stability is good, and the ion exchange capacity is good.
