本发明提供了一种地下空区露天高效协同处理方法,地表采用露天开采方式分三个台阶剥离表土,采用进路出矿堑沟底部结构,每个采场底部布置一条受矿巷兼中深孔凿岩巷,采准工程设计为底部出矿结构及上部凿岩硐室,凿岩硐室顶板采用光面爆破,施工时采用锚杆+金属网的方式支护,地下采用上向扇形孔和下向大直径深孔处理悬臂梁和空区,上分段靠近地表的悬臂梁采用上向扇形中深孔爆破,下分段靠近空区的悬臂梁采用下向大直径深孔爆破,对凿岩爆破参数进行优化设计,采用精准控制爆破技术上、下分段同时起爆,悬臂梁爆破后的矿岩全部落入空区内,形成地下空区露天高效协同处理工艺技术,处理了悬臂梁减小了空区风险,保证矿山的安全高效开采。
