Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a folding table, and more particularly to a portable folding table and its operating method. Background Technology

[0002] In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and health awareness, people's interest in outdoor activities has grown stronger, leading to the significant development of the outdoor camping industry. During outdoor camping activities, the demand for folding tables used to carry items or provide a cooking environment has increased dramatically. For example, users typically need to place a barbecue grill or camping stove on the tabletop, which then supports the grill or stove to a preset height for cooking. Due to these usage scenarios, users have higher requirements for the stability of folding tables after unfolding. Existing folding tables typically have tabletops formed by blow molding, which are made of plastic. When users place a barbecue grill or camping stove directly on the tabletop, the high temperature can easily cause deformation, discoloration, or even danger, such as a fire risk when used inside a permanent tent. Therefore, providing a safer and more stable folding table is the research focus of the inventors of this invention. Summary of the Invention

[0003] One object of the present invention is to provide a portable folding table and its operating method, wherein the first and second tabletops of the portable folding table are formed by bending metal plates, thus the folding tabletops have higher heat resistance, which makes the portable folding table of the present invention suitable for providing a cooking environment.

[0004] One object of the present invention is to provide a portable folding table and its operating method, wherein after the portable folding table is unfolded, the first connecting member and the first support leg of the first table leg of the portable folding table form a triangular structure with the first table board, and the connecting member and the second support leg of the second table leg of the portable folding table form a triangular structure with the second table board, so that the first table leg and the second table leg can stably support the foldable table board.

[0005] One object of the present invention is to provide a portable folding table and its operating method, wherein the end of the first top rod of the first table leg can lock the first side folded edge of the first table board, so that the first connector, the first support leg and the first table board form a stable triangular structure, and the end of the second top rod of the second table leg can lock the second side folded edge of the second table board, so that the second connector, the second support leg and the second table board form a stable triangular structure. In this way, even if the first table leg or the second table leg is accidentally subjected to force, the first table leg or the second table leg will not automatically flip over, thereby the first table leg and the second table leg can stably support the foldable table board.

[0006] One object of the present invention is to provide a portable folding table and its operating method, wherein a first connector is rotatably mounted on the first side folded edge of the first tabletop, and the end of the first top rod can lock the first side folded edge of the first tabletop. Thus, the tabletop portion of the first tabletop does not require a structure for mounting the first connector or a structure for locking the end of the first top rod, thereby improving the aesthetics of the tabletop portion. Correspondingly, a second connector is rotatably mounted on the second side folded edge of the second tabletop, and the end of the second top rod can lock the second side folded edge of the second tabletop. Thus, the tabletop portion of the second tabletop does not require a structure for mounting the second connector or a structure for locking the end of the second top rod, thereby improving the aesthetics of the tabletop portion.

[0007] One object of the present invention is to provide a portable folding table and its operating method, wherein one end of the first connector is rotatably mounted on the inner side of the first side fold of the first tabletop, and the other end is rotatably mounted on the outer side of the middle portion of the first leg. Thus, after flipping the first table leg, the first table leg can be stacked under the tabletop portion of the first tabletop, and its side is covered by the first side fold. Correspondingly, one end of the second connector is rotatably mounted on the inner side of the second side fold of the second tabletop, and the other end is rotatably mounted on the outer side of the middle portion of the second leg. Thus, after flipping the second table leg, the second table body can be stacked under the tabletop portion of the second tabletop, and its side is covered by the second side fold. In this way, after flipping the foldable tabletop, the first tabletop and the second tabletop can hide the first table leg and the second table leg, respectively, to facilitate the user's carrying of the portable folding table, and to prevent the first table leg or the second table leg from automatically flipping during the carrying of the portable folding table.

[0008] One object of the present invention is to provide a portable folding table and its operating method, wherein after the foldable tabletop is unfolded, the first inner folded edge of the first tabletop and the second inner folded edge of the second tabletop are fitted together, and the clamping assembly of the foldable tabletop clamps the first inner folded edge and the second inner folded edge to avoid the formation of gaps at the connection position of the first tabletop and the second tabletop, thereby preventing the first tabletop and the second tabletop from pinching hands or other objects. This is crucial for ensuring the safety of the user during the use of the portable folding table.

[0009] One object of the present invention is to provide a portable folding table and a method of operating the same, wherein the clamping component can prevent a height difference from occurring at the connection point of the first tabletop and the second tabletop, thereby avoiding the formation of gaps at the connection point of the first tabletop and the local festival tabletop.

[0056] Refer to the accompanying drawings of the specification of this invention. Figures 8A to 11 A portable folding table according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be disclosed and described in the following description, wherein the portable folding table includes a first table leg 10, a second table leg 20 and a foldable tabletop 30, the foldable tabletop 30 further includes a first tabletop 31 and a second tabletop 32, the inner sides of the first tabletop 31 and the inner sides of the second tabletop 32 are foldably connected, the first table leg 10 is foldably mounted on the outer side of the first tabletop 31, and the second table leg 20 is foldably mounted on the outer side of the second tabletop 32.

[0057] The portable folding table has an unfolded state and a folded state. It can switch between these states by flipping the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32, and by flipping the first table leg 10 and the second table leg 20. When the portable folding table is in the unfolded state, the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 are unfolded, and the first table leg 10 and the second table leg 20 support the foldable tabletop 30 to a preset height. When the portable folding table is in the folded state, the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 are stacked, and the first table leg 10 and the second table leg 20 are sandwiched between them to reduce the size of the portable folding table, making it easy to carry. Furthermore, during the carrying of the portable folding table, the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 prevent the first table leg 10 and the second table leg 20 from automatically flipping.

[0058] In this specific example of the portable folding table of the present invention, the first tabletop 31 is a sheet metal piece, which is formed by bending a metal sheet to form a downwardly extending first lateral fold 311 on each of the opposite sides of the first tabletop 31. Correspondingly, the second tabletop 32 is a sheet metal piece, which is formed by bending a metal sheet to form a downwardly extending second lateral fold 321 on each of the opposite sides of the second tabletop 32. Thus, the foldable tabletop 30 has higher heat resistance, which makes the portable folding table of the present invention suitable for providing a cooking environment.

[0059] The first table leg 10 includes a first leg body 11 and two first connecting members 12. The first leg body 11 includes a first top rod 111 and two first support legs 112. The tops of the two first support legs 112 are respectively connected to the opposite ends of the first top rod 111. One end of each of the two first connecting members 12 is rotatably mounted on the inner side of the two first side flanges 311 of the first table board 31, and the other end is rotatably mounted on the outer side of the middle part of the first support leg 112. The opposite ends of the first top rod 111 can lock or release the two first side flanges 311 of the first table board 31. When the end of the first push rod 111 locks the first side fold 311 of the first tabletop 31, the first support leg 112, the first connector 12, and the first tabletop 31 form a stable triangular structure. At this time, even if the first table leg 10 is accidentally subjected to lateral force, for example, if the user accidentally kicks the first support leg 112, the first table leg 10 will not flip over, thus the first table leg 10 can stably support the foldable tabletop 30 to a preset height position. When the end of the first push rod 111 releases the first side fold 311 of the first tabletop 31, the flipped first table leg 10 can be stacked under the first tabletop portion 310 of the first tabletop 311, and the side of the first table leg 10 is covered by the first side fold 311 of the first tabletop 31.

[0060] The second table leg 20 includes a second leg body 21 and two second connecting members 22. The second leg body 21 includes a second top rod 211 and two second legs 212. The tops of the two second legs 212 are respectively connected to the opposite ends of the second top rod 211. One end of each of the two second connecting members 22 is rotatably mounted on the inner side of the two second side flanges 321 of the second table board 32, and the other end is rotatably mounted on the outer side of the middle part of the second leg 212. The opposite ends of the second top rod 211 can lock or release the two second side flanges 321 of the second table board 32. When the end of the second push rod 211 locks the second side fold 321 of the second tabletop 32, the second support leg 212, the second connector 22, and the second tabletop 32 form a stable triangular structure. At this time, even if the second table leg 20 is accidentally subjected to lateral force, for example, if the user accidentally kicks the second support leg 212, the second table leg 20 will not flip over, thus the second table leg 20 can stably support the foldable tabletop 30 to a preset height. When the end of the second push rod 211 releases the second side fold 321 of the second tabletop 32, the flipped second table leg 20 can be stacked under the second tabletop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32, and the side of the second table leg 20 is covered by the second side fold 321 of the second tabletop 32.

[0061] In the portable folding table of the present invention, both the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 are formed by bending metal plates. Therefore, the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 have good heat resistance and better structural strength. Since one end of the first connecting member 12 is rotatably mounted on the inner side of the first side folded edge 311 of the first tabletop 31, and the other end is rotatably mounted on the outer side of the middle portion of the first support leg 112, the end of the first top rod 111 can lock the first side folded edge 311 of the first tabletop 31. Similarly, one end of the second connecting member 22 is rotatably mounted on the inner side of the second side folded edge 321 of the second tabletop 32, and the other end is rotatably mounted on the outer side of the middle portion of the second support leg 212. The end of the second top rod 212 can lock the second side folded edge 321 of the second tabletop 32. Therefore, one side... In this respect, the first desktop portion 310 of the first tabletop 31 does not need to be provided with a structure for installing the first connector 12 and a structure for locking the end of the first top rod 111. Similarly, the second desktop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32 does not need to be provided with a structure for installing the second connector 22 and a structure for locking the end of the second top rod 211. Thus, the aesthetics and structural strength of the first desktop portion 310 of the first tabletop 31 and the second desktop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32 can be guaranteed. On the other hand, after the portable folding table is switched to the folding state, the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 can hide the first table leg 10 and the second table leg 20 to facilitate the user's carrying of the portable folding table. Moreover, during the carrying of the portable folding table, the first table leg 10 or the second table leg 20 is prevented from automatically flipping over.

[0062] In some examples of the portable folding table of the present invention, the connection position of the first connector 12 and the first side fold 311 of the first tabletop 31 is located outside the position where the first top rod 111 locks the first side fold 311, and the connection position of the second connector 22 and the second side fold 321 of the second tabletop 32 is located outside the position where the second top rod 211 locks the second side fold 321. Thus, when the portable folding table is in the unfolded state, the first table leg 10 and the second table leg 20 are in a figure-eight shape, so that the first table leg 10 and the second table leg 20 can stably support the foldable tabletop 30 to a preset height position.

[0063] Reference Appendix Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Figure 8A and Figure 8BThe portable folding table includes a plurality of locking components 40, each locking component 40 including a mounting base 41 and a locking pin 42 movably disposed on the mounting base 41.

[0064] Each of the opposite ends of the first push rod 111 is provided with a locking assembly 40 such that the mounting base 41 is fixedly mounted on the first push rod 111. The first side fold 311 of the first table board 31 is provided with at least one first locking hole 3111 on the inner side of the connection position between the first connector 12 and the first side fold 311. By moving the locking pin 42 relative to the mounting base 41, the end of the locking pin 42 can be inserted into the first locking hole 3111 of the first side fold 311, thereby locking the end of the first push rod 111 into the first side fold 311. Alternatively, the end of the locking pin 42 can be disengaged from the first locking hole 3111 of the first side fold 311, thereby releasing the end of the first push rod 111 from the first side fold 311. In other words, the locking pin 42 of the locking assembly 40 is telescopic. When the locking pin 42 of the locking assembly 40, which is located at the end of the first push rod 111, extends outward, it is inserted into the first lock hole 3111 of the first side fold 311, and when it retracts inward, it disengages from the first lock hole 3111 of the first side fold 311.

[0065] The second top rod 211 has a locking assembly 40 at each of its opposite ends, with the mounting base 41 fixedly mounted on the second top rod 211. The second side fold 321 of the second table board 32 has at least one second locking hole 3211 on the inner side of the connection position between the second connector 22 and the second side fold 321. By moving the locking pin 42 relative to the mounting base 41, the end of the locking pin 42 can be inserted into the second locking hole 3211 of the second side fold 321, thereby locking the end of the second top rod 211 into the second side fold 321. Alternatively, the end of the locking pin 42 can be disengaged from the second locking hole 3211 of the second side fold 321, thereby releasing the end of the second top rod 211 from the second side fold 321. In other words, the locking pin 42 of the locking assembly 40 is telescopic. When the locking pin 42 of the locking assembly 40, which is located at the end of the second push rod 211, extends outward, it is inserted into the second lock hole 3211 of the second side fold 321, and when it retracts inward, it disengages from the second lock hole 3211 of the second side fold 321.

[0066] Preferably, the first side fold 311 of the first tabletop 31 has a plurality of first locking holes 3111, and the end of the locking pin 42 of the locking assembly 40 disposed on the first top rod 111 is selectively inserted into one of the plurality of first locking holes 3111. Understandably, the angle formed by the first leg 112 and the first tabletop 31 varies depending on the position of the first locking hole 3111 where the end of the locking pin 42 is inserted into the first side folded edge 311. When the end of the locking pin 42 is inserted into the first locking hole 3111 near the connection position of the first connector 12 and the first side folded edge 311, the angle formed by the first leg 112 and the first tabletop 31 is smaller. In this case, the first table leg 10 can support the foldable tabletop 30 to a higher position. When the end of the locking pin 42 is inserted into the first locking hole 3111 away from the connection position of the first connector 12 and the first side folded edge 311, the angle formed by the first leg 112 and the first tabletop 31 is larger. In this case, the first table leg 10 can support the foldable tabletop 30 to a lower position.

[0067] Accordingly, the second side flange 321 of the second tabletop 32 has a plurality of second locking holes 3211, and the end of the locking pin 42 of the locking assembly 40 of the second top rod 211 is selectively inserted into one of the plurality of second locking holes 3211. Understandably, the angle formed by the second leg 212 and the second tabletop 32 varies depending on the position of the second locking hole 3211 where the end of the locking pin 42 is inserted into the second side folded edge 321. When the end of the locking pin 42 is inserted into the second locking hole 3211 near the connection position of the second connector 22 and the second side folded edge 321, the angle formed by the second leg 212 and the second tabletop 32 is smaller. In this case, the second table leg 20 can support the foldable tabletop 30 to a higher position. When the end of the locking pin 42 is inserted into the second locking hole 3211 away from the connection position of the second connector 22 and the second side folded edge 321, the angle formed by the second leg 212 and the second tabletop 32 is larger. In this case, the second table leg 20 can support the foldable tabletop 30 to a higher position.

[0068] In other words, in the portable folding table of the present invention, the height of the foldable table 30 from the ground can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the end of the locking pin 42 of the locking assembly 40 provided on the first top rod 111 inserted into the first lock hole 3111 of the first side folded edge 311 of the first table board 31 and the position of the end of the locking pin 42 of the locking assembly 40 provided on the second top rod 211 inserted into the second lock hole 3211 of the second side folded edge 321 of the second table board 32, thereby meeting the user's usage needs in different usage scenarios.

[0069] Further, see Appendix Figure 2 The mounting base 41 includes a main body 411, two extension arms 412, and a notch 413. The two extension arms 412 extend integrally outward from one side of the main body 411 to form the notch 413 between the main body 411 and the two extension arms 412. Each extension arm 412 has an arm body channel 4121 communicating with the notch 413. A locking pin 42 is movably passed through the arm body channels 4121 of the two extension arms 412, allowing the locking pin 42 to extend and retract, with the middle portion of the locking pin 42 exposed in the notch 413 of the mounting base 41. The locking assembly 40 further includes a lock body spring 43, which is fitted onto the middle portion of the locking pin 42, with one end of the lock body spring 43 abutting against one of the extension arms 412 and the other end abutting against the locking pin 42.

[0070] The locking assembly 40, which is disposed on the first top rod 111, is configured such that when the end of the locking pin 42 is misaligned with the first lock hole 3111 of the first side fold 311 of the first table 31, the locking pin 42 and the extension arm 412 compress the lock body spring 43, so that the lock body spring 43 deforms and accumulates elastic potential energy. When the end of the locking pin 42 corresponds to the first lock hole 3111 of the first side fold 311, the lock body spring 43 pushes the locking pin 42 outward and inserts it into the first lock hole 3111. In other words, on the one hand, when the end of the locking pin 42 corresponds to the first locking hole 3111 of the first side fold 311, the lock body spring 43 allows the end of the locking pin 42 to automatically insert into the first locking hole 3111 so that the first push rod 111 locks the first side fold 311. On the other hand, the lock body spring 43 reliably keeps the end of the locking pin 42 in the position of inserting into the first locking hole 3111 of the first side fold 311, preventing the end of the locking pin 42 from automatically disengaging from the first locking hole 3111.

[0071] The locking assembly 40, which is provided on the second top rod 211, is configured such that when the end of the locking pin 42 is misaligned with the second lock hole 3211 of the second side flange 321 of the second table 32, the locking pin 42 and the extension arm 412 compress the lock body spring 43, so that the lock body spring 43 deforms and accumulates elastic potential energy. When the end of the locking pin 42 corresponds to the second lock hole 3211 of the second side flange 321, the lock body spring 43 pushes the locking pin 42 outward and inserts it into the second lock hole 3211. In other words, on the one hand, when the end of the locking pin 42 corresponds to the second locking hole 3211 of the second side fold 321, the lock body spring 43 allows the end of the locking pin 42 to automatically insert into the second locking hole 3211 so that the second push rod 211 locks the second side fold 321. On the other hand, the lock body spring 43 reliably keeps the end of the locking pin 42 in the position of inserting into the second locking hole 3211 of the second side fold 321, preventing the end of the locking pin 42 from automatically disengaging from the second locking hole 3211.

[0072] Further, please refer to the appendix. Figures 1 to 4 The first push rod 111 has a receiving cavity 1111, a push rod channel 1112, and an operating channel 1113. The push rod channel 1112 communicates with the receiving cavity 1111 at the end of the first push rod 111, and the operating channel 1113 communicates with the receiving cavity 1111 at the side of the first push rod 111. The locking assembly 40 is received in the receiving cavity 1111 of the first push rod 111. One end of the locking pin 42 extends to the outside through the push rod channel 1112 of the first push rod 111, and the other end extends to the outside through the operating channel 1113 of the first rod 111. The end of the locking pin 42 extending outward through the push rod channel 1112 of the first push rod 111 can be inserted into a first locking hole 3111 of the first side flange 311 of the first tabletop 31. The end of the locking pin 42 extending outward through the operating channel 1113 of the first push rod 111 can be operated by the user to allow the end of the locking pin 42 extending outward through the push rod channel 1112 of the first push rod 111 to disengage from the first locking hole 3111 of the first side flange 311. By accommodating the locking assembly 40 in the receiving cavity 1111 of the first push rod 111, the locking assembly 40 can be hidden, which helps to protect the locking assembly 40 and prevent the locking assembly 40 from being accidentally operated.

[0073] Appendix Figures 1 to 4The manufacturing process of the first table leg 10 is shown below. First, a square tube 1000 is provided; second, a right-angled isosceles triangle notch 1001 is cut at two predetermined positions on the square tube 1000, and multiple holes 1002 are drilled on one side of the square tube 1000 near the notch 1001, while an "L"-shaped through groove 1003 is opened on the opposite side near the notch 1001; third, the locking assembly 40 is inserted into the square tube 1000 through the notch 1001, and screws are allowed to be screwed into the seat body 411 of the mounting base 41 after passing through at least one of the holes 1002 in the square tube 1000, so as to fix the locking assembly 40 to the square tube 1000, wherein one end of the locking pin 42 extends to the outside of the square tube 1000 through the through groove 1003; fourth, on the square tube 1000, a right-angled isosceles triangle notch 1001 is cut at two predetermined positions on the square tube 1000, and multiple holes 1002 are drilled on one side of the square tube 1000, while an "L"-shaped through groove 1003 is opened on the opposite side; fourth, the locking assembly 40 is inserted into the square tube 1000 through the notch 1001, and a "L"-shaped through groove 1003 is opened on the opposite side; fifth, the locking assembly 40 is inserted into the square tube 1000 through the notch 1001, and a "L"-shaped through groove 1003 is opened on the opposite side of the square tube 1000; sixth, the locking assembly 40 is inserted into the square tube 1000 through the notch 1001, and a "L"-shaped through groove 1003 is opened on the opposite side of the square tube 10 The square tube 1000 is bent at the position of the notch 1001 of the tube 1000, and the other end of the locking pin 42 is allowed to extend to the outside of the square tube 1000 through one of the holes 1002 of the square tube 1000, wherein the portion of the square tube 1000 located between the two notches 1001 forms the first top rod 111, and the portion located on the other side of the notch 1001 forms the first support leg 112; fifth, one end of a crossbar 113 is fixedly connected to the middle of one of the first support legs 112, and the other end is fixedly connected to the middle of another first support leg 112, so that the crossbar 113 prevents the two first support legs 112 from rotating in opposite directions, ensuring that the extension direction of the two first support legs 112 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the first top rod 111, thus obtaining the first table leg 10.

[0074] It is worth mentioning that the manufacturing process of the second table leg 20 is the same as that of the first table leg 10, and the connection relationship between the second table leg 20 and the lock assembly 40 is the same as that between the first table leg 10 and the lock assembly 40. Therefore, the manufacturing process of the second table leg 20 and the connection relationship between the second table leg 20 and the lock assembly 40 will not be described again in this invention.

[0075] Reference Appendix Figures 5A to 5JThe foldable tabletop 30 includes at least one clamping assembly 33. The first tabletop 31 has a downwardly extending first inner folded edge 312, and the second tabletop 32 has a downwardly extending second inner folded edge 322. When the foldable tabletop 30 is unfolded, the first inner folded edge 312 and the second inner folded edge 322 fit together. The clamping assembly 33 clamps the first inner folded edge 312 and the second inner folded edge 322 to prevent gaps from forming in the connection between the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32, thus preventing hands or other objects from being pinched by the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32, and ensuring the safe use of the portable folding table. When the foldable tabletop 30 is folded, the first inner folded edge 312 folds the first table leg 10 to the side, and the second inner folded edge 322 folds the second table leg 20 to the side, thereby concealing the first table leg 10 and the second table leg 20 by the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32.

[0076] In the portable folding table of the present invention, since the first inner folded edge 312 extends downward from the first desktop portion 310 of the first tabletop 31 and the second inner folded edge 322 extends downward from the second desktop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32, when the foldable tabletop 30 is unfolded so that the first inner folded edge 312 and the second inner folded edge 322 fit together and the clamping component 33 clamps the first inner folded edge 312 and the second inner folded edge 322, on the one hand, the clamping component 33 is hidden under the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32, which not only makes the clamping component 33 visually invisible, thus improving the aesthetics of the portable folding table in the unfolded state, but also prevents the clamping component 33 from being accidentally operated, thus improving the stability of the portable folding table in the unfolded state. On the other hand, the clamping component 33 does not affect the flatness of the first desktop portion 310 of the first tabletop 31 and the second desktop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32.

[0077] Furthermore, the first inner folded edge 312 of the first tabletop 31 has a mounting hole 3121 and a first inner folded edge through hole 3122 communicating with the mounting hole 3121, and the second inner folded edge 322 has a detachment hole 3221 and a second inner folded edge through hole 3222 communicating with the detachment hole 3221. After the foldable tabletop 30 is unfolded, the mounting hole 3121 and the first inner folded edge through hole 3122 of the first inner folded edge 312 are respectively connected to the detachment hole 3221 and the second inner folded edge through hole 3222 of the second inner folded edge 322. The clamping assembly 33 includes a mounting post 331, a clamping spring 332, a clamping ring 333, and a clamping cap 334. The clamping spring 332 and the clamping ring 333 are respectively fitted onto the mounting post 331. One end of the clamping spring 332 abuts against one end of the mounting post 331, and the other end abuts against the clamping ring 333. The other end of the mounting post 331 is connected after passing through the mounting hole 3121 of the first inner folded edge 312. The clamping cap 334 is wherein the size of the clamping ring 333 is larger than the size of the mounting hole 3121 and the through hole 3122 of the first inner folded edge 312, the size of the clamping cap 334 is larger than the size of the mounting hole 3121 of the first inner folded edge 312 and the through hole 3222 of the second inner folded edge 322, and the size of the clamping cap 334 is smaller than the size of the release hole 3221 of the second inner folded edge 322.

[0078] With the above structure, firstly, the clamping component 33 is operably mounted on the first inner folded edge 312 of the first tabletop 31, so that the clamping component 33 will not fall off the first tabletop 31 whether the foldable tabletop 30 is folded or unfolded; secondly, during the unfolding of the foldable tabletop 30, the clamping spring 332 causes the clamping ring 333 and the clamping cap 334 to clamp the first inner folded edge 312 of the first tabletop 31, preventing the clamping component 33 from automatically shifting relative to the first inner folded edge 312. The displacement of 12 ensures that, after the foldable tabletop 30 is unfolded, the clamping cap 334 enters the through-hole 3221 of the second inner fold edge 322 of the second tabletop 32; thirdly, after pressing the end of the mounting post 331 away from the clamping cap 334 to allow the clamping cap 334 to pass through the through-hole 3221 of the second inner fold edge 322 and the mounting post 331 moves to the position of the first inner fold edge through-hole 3122 of the first inner fold edge 312 and the second inner fold edge 3222 of the second inner fold edge 322, the end of the mounting post 331 away from the clamping cap is released. At the end of 334, the clamping spring 332 causes the clamping ring 333 and the clamping cap 334 to clamp the first inner folded edge 312 and the second inner folded edge 322, preventing the clamping assembly 33 from automatically shifting relative to the first inner folded edge 312 and the second inner folded edge 322. Thus, when the bottom of the first tabletop 31 and / or the second tabletop 32 is accidentally subjected to an upward force, the clamping assembly 33 prevents gaps from forming at the connection point of the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32, preventing hands or other objects from being pinched by the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32, and ensuring the portable folding table's stability. Fourthly, the assembly column 331 supports the first inner folded edge 312 and the second inner folded edge 322. When the first desktop portion 310 of the first tabletop 31 and / or the second desktop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32 are subjected to greater pressure, the assembly column 331 prevents the first desktop portion 310 and / or the second desktop portion 320 from deforming downwards and creating a height difference, thereby preventing gaps from forming at the connection position of the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32, avoiding pinching hands or other objects between the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32, and ensuring the safe use of the portable folding table.

[0079] In a specific example of the portable folding table of the present invention, the mounting hole 3121 of the first inner fold edge 312 of the first tabletop 31 extends downward from the first inner fold edge through hole 3122, that is, the first inner fold edge through hole 3122 is adjacent to the first desktop portion 310, and the detachment hole 3221 of the second inner fold edge 322 of the second tabletop 32 extends downward from the second inner fold edge through hole 3222, that is, the second inner fold edge through hole 3222 is adjacent to the second desktop portion 320. Thus, when the foldable tabletop 30 is unfolded and the mounting post 331 supports the first inner fold edge 312 and the second inner fold edge 322 within the first inner fold edge through hole 3122 of the first inner fold edge 312 and the second inner fold edge 322 of the second inner fold edge 322, the first inner fold edge 312 and the second inner fold edge 322 are not easily deformed, thereby improving the load-bearing capacity of the foldable tabletop 30.

[0080] It is worth mentioning that the connection relationship between the mounting post 331 and the clamping cap 334 of the clamping assembly 33 is not limited in the portable folding table of the present invention. For example, in this specific example of the portable folding table of the present invention, refer to the attached... Figures 5D to 5J The clamping cap 334 is screwed onto the end of the assembly post 331. Specifically, the assembly post 331 has a screw hole 3311 with an internal thread structure, and the clamping cap 334 has a screw post 3341 with an external thread structure. The screw post 3341 of the clamping cap 334 extends into the screw hole 3311 of the assembly post 331, and the external thread structure of the clamping cap 334 and the internal thread structure of the assembly post 331 cooperate with each other to screw the clamping cap 334 onto the assembly post 331.

[0081] It is worth noting that the number of clamping components 33 is not limited in the portable folding table of the present invention. For example, in the attached... Figures 1 to 13 In this specific example of the portable folding table of the present invention shown, the number of clamping components 33 is three, which are arranged along the width direction of the foldable tabletop 30.

[0082] Next, refer to the appendix. Figures 5A to 5COne of the first side folds 311 of the first tabletop 31 and one of the second side folds 321 of the second tabletop 32 are hinged together, and the other first side fold 311 and the other second side fold 321 are hinged together. In this way, the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 are foldably connected. Thus, the first tabletop portion 310 of the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32 do not need to be provided with a structure for foldably connecting the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32, which helps to ensure the aesthetics and flatness of the foldable tabletop 30.

[0083] Specifically, each of the first side folds 311 of the first tabletop 31 has a first ear 3112, and the first ear 3112 has a first ear through hole 31121. The foldable tabletop 30 includes two second ears 34 and two mounting shafts 35. One end of each second ear 34 is fixedly disposed on each of the second side folds 321 of the second tabletop 32, and the other end has a second ear through hole 341. The first ear 3112 is located outside the second ear 34, and the first ear... The first ear perforation 31121 of part 3112 corresponds to the second ear perforation 341 of the second ear part 34. The mounting shaft 35 is mounted in the first ear perforation 31121 of the first ear part 3112 and the second ear perforation 341 of the second ear part 34. At least one of the first ear part 3112 and the second ear part 34 is configured to be rotatable relative to the mounting shaft 35, thus hinged to the first side fold 311 of the first tabletop 31 and the second side fold 321 of the second tabletop 32. That is, when the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 are flipped, the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 rotate about the central axis of the mounting shaft 35.

[0084] Preferably, in some specific examples of the portable folding table of the present invention, both the first ear 3112 and the second ear 34 are rotatable relative to the mounting shaft 35 to improve the flexibility of folding and unfolding the foldable tabletop 30.

[0085] It is worth mentioning that the specific manner in which the second ear 34 is disposed on the second side folded edge 321 of the second tabletop 32 is not limited in the portable folding table of the present invention. For example, in this specific example of the portable folding table of the present invention, the second ear 34 has a first mounting hole 342, the second side folded edge 321 has a second mounting hole 3212, the second ear 34 is located inside the second side folded edge 321, and the first mounting hole 342 of the second ear 34 and the second mounting hole 3212 of the second side folded edge 321 correspond to each other. The foldable tabletop 30 further includes two mounting posts 36, which are installed in the first mounting hole 342 of the second ear 34 and the second mounting hole 3212 of the second side folded edge 321, so that the second ear 34 is fixedly installed on the second side folded edge 321 by the mounting posts 36.

[0086] Reference Appendix Figures 8A to 9 The portable folding table includes at least one hook assembly 50, which includes a column 51 and a hook 52. The column 51 is disposed on the first side folded edge 311 of the first tabletop 31, and the hook 52 is rotatably disposed on the second side folded edge 321 of the second tabletop 32. When the portable folding table is in the folded state, rotating the hook 52 can cause the hook 52 to hook the column 51. Thus, when the portable folding table is carried, the column 51 and the hook 52 can cooperate with each other to prevent the foldable tabletop 30 from automatically unfolding, thereby ensuring that the portable folding table always remains in the folded state.

[0087] Preferably, in this specific example of the portable folding table of the present invention, the number of hook components 50 is two. Each of the two first side folds 311 of the first tabletop 31 is provided with a column 51, and each of the two second side folds 321 of the second tabletop 32 is provided with a hook 52. Thus, when the portable folding table is in the folded state, one hook 52 hooks one column 51 on one side of the foldable tabletop 30, and the other hook 52 hooks the column 51 on the other side of the foldable tabletop 30, to ensure that the portable folding table always remains in the folded state.

[0088] Reference Appendix Figure 8A and Figure 8BThe column 51 is positioned at the same location as the first side flange 311 of the first tabletop 31, where the connection between the first connector 12 and the first side flange 311 is located. In other words, the column 51 is used to rotatably mount one end of the first connector 12 to the first side flange 311, allowing the first connector 12 to rotate relative to the first side flange 311 about the central axis of the column 51. The hook 52 is positioned at the same location as the second side flange 321 of the second tabletop 32, where the connection between the second connector 22 and the second side flange 321 is located. In other words, the same pivot allows for rotatable mounting of one end of the second connector 22 and the hook 52 to the second side flange 321, and the rotation of the second connector 22 and the hook 52 are independent of each other. This structure not only reduces the number of parts in the portable folding table, thus lowering its cost and making it lighter, but also simplifies its structure and improves its reliability.

[0089] Reference Appendix Figures 9 to 11 The portable folding table includes four blocking parts 60. One blocking part 60 is provided at each of the two outer corners of the first tabletop 31 and the two outer corners of the second tabletop 32. When one portable folding table is placed on top of another portable folding table, the blocking part 60 of the lower portable folding table can block the bottoms of the two first legs 112 and the two second legs 212 of the upper portable folding table to prevent the upper portable folding table from slipping off the foldable tabletop 30 of the lower portable folding table.

[0090] Reference Appendix Figure 10 and Figure 11The blocking portion 60 includes a blocking member 61, which has a pivot end 611 and a blocking end 612 corresponding to the pivot end 611. The pivot ends 611 of the two blocking members 61 are rotatably disposed at the outer corners of the first tabletop 31. The blocking members 61 are configured to switch between a state flush with the first desktop portion 310 of the first tabletop 31 and a state protruding from the first desktop portion 310. When a single portable folding table is needed, the blocking member 61 is switched to the state flush with the first desktop portion 310 of the first tabletop 31. When a portable folding table needs to be placed on top of another portable folding table, the blocking member 61 of the lower portable folding table is switched to the state protruding from the first desktop portion 310 of the first tabletop 31 to prevent the bottom of the first leg 112 of the upper portable folding table from sliding relative to the first desktop portion 310. Correspondingly, the pivot ends 611 of the two blocking members 61 are rotatably disposed at the outer corners of the second tabletop 32. The blocking members 61 are configured to switch between a state flush with the second desktop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32 and a state protruding from the second desktop portion 320. When a portable folding table is needed for use alone, the blocking member 61 is switched to a state flush with the second desktop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32. When a portable folding table needs to be placed on top of another portable folding table, the blocking member 61 of the lower portable folding table is switched to a state protruding from the second desktop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32 to prevent the bottom of the second leg 212 of the upper portable folding table from sliding relative to the second desktop portion 320.

[0091] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 10 and Figure 11The portable folding table includes multiple assembly components 70, each assembly component 70 including an assembly screw 71 and an assembly nut 72. The blocking member 61 has a blocking through hole 613 at the pivot end 611. The first tabletop 31 has a downwardly extending first outer edge 313, the first outer edge 313 having at least one first outer edge through hole 3131 located at the outer corner of the first tabletop 31, the outer corner of the first tabletop 31 further having an elongated first through groove 314 adjacent to the first outer edge through hole 3131, the mounting screw 71 being screwed onto the mounting nut 72 after passing sequentially through the first outer edge through hole 3131 of the first outer edge 313 and the blocking through hole 613 of the blocking member 61, the mounting screw 71 allowing the blocking member 61 to rotate about the mounting screw 71 so that the pivot end 611 of the blocking member 61 is rotatably disposed at the outer corner of the first tabletop 31, and the blocking member 61 can be received in the first through groove 314 of the first tabletop 31. When the blocking member 61 is received in the first through groove 314 of the first tabletop 31, the blocking member 61 is flush with the first desktop portion 310 of the first tabletop 32. When the blocking member 61 is rotated out of the first through groove 314 of the first tabletop 31, the blocking member 61 is protruding from the first desktop portion 310.

[0092] Accordingly, the second tabletop 32 has a downwardly extending second outer edge 323, the second outer edge 323 having at least one second outer edge through hole 3231 located at the outer corner of the second tabletop 32, and the outer corner of the second tabletop 32 further having an elongated second through groove 324 adjacent to the second outer edge through hole 3231. The mounting screw 71 is screwed onto the mounting nut 72 after passing sequentially through the second outer edge through hole 3231 of the second outer edge 323 and the blocking through hole 613 of the blocking member 61. The mounting screw 71 allows the blocking member 61 to rotate about the mounting screw 71 so that the pivot end 611 of the blocking member 61 is rotatably disposed at the outer corner of the second tabletop 32, and the blocking member 61 can be received in the second through groove 324 of the second tabletop 32. When the blocking member 61 is received in the second through groove 324 of the second tabletop 32, the blocking member 61 is flush with the second tabletop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32. When the blocking member 61 is rotated out of the second through groove 324 of the second tabletop 32, the blocking member 61 is protruding from the second tabletop portion 320.

[0093] Preferably, the blocking part 60 includes a blocking arm 62, which extends from the blocking end 612 of the blocking member 61 in a direction perpendicular to the blocking member 61. When the blocking member 61 of the blocking part 60 disposed on the first tabletop 31 is protruding from the first desktop portion 310 of the first tabletop 31, the blocking member 61 and the blocking arm 62 cooperate to prevent the first leg 112 of the portable folding table above from sliding relative to the first desktop portion 310 in two directions.

[0094] Correspondingly, when the blocking member 61 of the blocking portion 60 provided on the second tabletop 32 is flush with the second tabletop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32, the blocking arm 62 is attached to the second tabletop portion 320 to prevent the blocking member 61 from falling below the second tabletop portion 320. When the blocking member 61 of the blocking portion 60 provided on the second tabletop 32 is protruding from the second tabletop portion 320 of the second tabletop 32, the blocking member 61 and the blocking arm 62 cooperate to prevent the second leg 212 of the portable folding table above from sliding in two directions, thereby effectively preventing the bottom of the second leg 212 of the portable folding table above from sliding relative to the second tabletop portion 320. (Refer to the attached document.) Figure 13 .

[0095] Optionally, in other examples of the portable folding table of the present invention, the first tabletop 31 may not have the first through groove 314, but instead the blocking member 61 is rotatably disposed on the outermost side of the first tabletop 31. That is, the mounting screw 71 is screwed onto the mounting nut 72 after passing through the blocking member through hole 613 of the blocking member 61 and the first outer edge through hole 3131 of the first outer edge 313 in sequence. The mounting screw 71 allows the blocking member 61 to rotate about the mounting screw 71 so that the pivot end 611 of the blocking member 61 is rotatably disposed at the corner on the outer side of the first tabletop 31. Accordingly, the second tabletop 32 may not have the second through slot 324. Instead, the blocking member 61 is rotatably disposed on the outermost side of the second tabletop 32. That is, the mounting screw 71 is screwed onto the mounting nut 72 after passing through the blocking member through hole 613 of the blocking member 61 and the second outer edge through hole 3231 of the second outer edge 323 in sequence. The mounting screw 71 allows the blocking member 61 to rotate around the mounting screw 71 so that the pivot end 611 of the blocking member 61 is rotatably disposed at the corner of the outer side of the second tabletop 32.

[0096] For further reference Figures 8A to 11 The portable folding table includes two decorative panels 80, each decorative panel 80 having at least one decorative panel through hole 81.
