一种基质溶液、用其制备的无分离纸基水凝胶比色传感器及在检测过氧化氢中的应用
A separation-free paper-based hydrogel colorimetric sensor was prepared by using an enzyme-free matrix solution. By utilizing the nanoscale porous structure of Pd-ZIF-8 NPs and sodium alginate hydrogel, the problem of separation process and reliance on biological enzymes in existing paper-based colorimetric sensors was solved, achieving portable, low-cost and efficient H2O2 detection.

AI Technical Summary
Existing paper-based colorimetric sensors require an additional separation process when detecting biological samples, and their reliance on biological enzymes leads to complex manufacturing and high costs. They also cannot effectively avoid interference from small-sized impurities, affecting detection efficiency and accuracy.
A paper-based hydrogel colorimetric sensor without separation was prepared using an enzyme-free matrix solution. The nanoscale porous structure of Pd-ZIF-8 NPs and sodium alginate hydrogel, combined with the colorimetric reagent TMB, prevented large molecules from entering the sensing area through the size filtration effect of the alginate hydrogel. The detection of small molecule H2O2 was achieved by utilizing the catalytic effect of Pd-ZIF-8 NPs.
It enables H2O2 detection without additional separation processes, is portable, and low-cost, and has good anti-interference ability and sensitivity, making it suitable for rapid detection in biological samples, food, and environmental fields.
