A process and apparatus for treating aromatic extraction raffinate

Abstract

The application provides a method for treating aromatic extraction raffinate oil, so that the aromatic extraction tower top raffinate oil containing sulfolane solvent is countercurrently contacted with first circulating water and second circulating water in a water washing tower to obtain washed raffinate oil product and washed water; the washed water is introduced into a concentration side of a pervaporation membrane separator, first solvent-containing water is obtained on a permeation side of the pervaporation membrane separator; the first solvent-containing water is introduced into a concentration side of a reverse osmosis membrane separator, first circulating water is obtained on a permeation side of the reverse osmosis membrane separator, second solvent-containing water is obtained on a concentration side of the reverse osmosis membrane separator, and the second solvent-containing water is introduced into a solvent recovery tower for distillation. The application also provides a device for treating aromatic extraction raffinate oil. In the case of ensuring that the content of sulfolane solvent in the raffinate oil product is low and the quality of the circulating solvent is high, the corrosion rate of the equipment in the treatment device of the aromatic extraction raffinate oil is further reduced.
