Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to vacuum bottles, specifically an oval-shaped, replaceable snap-fit vacuum bottle. Background Technology
[0002] A vacuum bottle is a container that can isolate gas from the outside temperature or isolate external bacteria. It mainly consists of a cylindrical or elliptical container with a piston at the bottom. Its working principle is to use the contraction force of a spring to create a vacuum state without allowing air to enter the bottle, and use atmospheric pressure to push the piston at the bottom of the bottle forward. To facilitate the reuse of outer bottles and other structures, some existing vacuum bottles employ a replaceable design; for example, Chinese patent application number 202311424081.3, published on January 12, 2024, entitled "Replaceable Rotary Vacuum Bottle"; however, the aforementioned vacuum bottle uses a single elastic retaining ring in conjunction with a first or second shoulder sleeve to fix the outer bottle to the large ring, which makes it difficult to install or remove the large ring when it is opened. The retaining ring is prone to falling out, and the large ring is inconvenient to install or remove. The first or second shoulder sleeve, combined with the inner bottle, retaining ring, pump core, and large piston, is difficult to use as a replaceable part. At the same time, existing similar products rarely use a quick-installation structure with two-part elastic buckle design for replaceable parts. The pump core and cap are rarely combined into a whole and then fitted onto the outer bottle with an elastic buckle structure through the bottle mouth pump body set. In other words, the inner bottle, cap, and pump core of the aforementioned products and similar products are difficult to install and remove quickly as a whole, and the replaceable part is also difficult to install and remove quickly, indicating a poor retaining ring structure design. Summary of the Invention
[0003] To overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings, the purpose of this invention is to provide an elliptical replacement snap-fit vacuum bottle, thereby solving the technical problems of existing similar vacuum bottle products where the inner bottle, cap, and pump core are difficult to integrate for quick assembly and disassembly, and where the replacement assembly is difficult to install and disassemble quickly due to a suboptimal snap-fit structure design. This objective is achieved through the following technical solution.
[0004] An elliptical replacement snap-fit vacuum bottle has an outer and inner bottle that are correspondingly elliptical. The outer bottle contains the inner bottle, which contains a large piston. One end of the valve stem extending from the pump core assembly extends and connects to the head cap. The pump core assembly is clamped and fixed to the center hole of the pump body sleeve at the bottle mouth by an inner plug and a pump body. The pump core assembly, the pump body sleeve at the bottle mouth, and the head cap are integrated to form a nozzle assembly. The internal thread at the inner diameter below the center hole of the pump body sleeve connects to the external thread at the bottle mouth of the inner bottle. At the same time, a retaining ring assembly is fixed to the outer diameter at the connection point. The retaining ring assembly is snapped and fixed to the inner diameter on both sides of the long axis at the bottle mouth of the outer bottle. The key structural design features a snap ring assembly comprising a shoulder sleeve and a buckle. The shoulder sleeve and buckle are elliptical in shape, corresponding to the outer and inner bottles. The shoulder sleeve has symmetrical snap holes at both ends of its major axis, and symmetrical notches at the edge of the sleeve opening below the snap holes. The buckle has symmetrical snap heads at both ends of its major axis corresponding to the snap holes, and symmetrical fixing heads at both ends of the buckle below the snap heads. The fixing head of the buckle is integrated with the snap head and then elastically connected to the main body of the buckle. The snap head of the buckle extends elastically and is fixed to the snap hole of the shoulder sleeve, while the end of the snap head extends out of the snap hole of the shoulder sleeve as a pressing part. The end of the fixing head of the buckle extends out of the notch edge of the shoulder sleeve, and the extension length of the fixing head is greater than the extension length of the snap head. The snap ring assembly is elastically snapped to the inner diameter of the bottle opening of the outer bottle by the fixing head end of the buckle. The bottom opening of the inner bottle may have a bottom cap. The bottom cover mentioned above can also be omitted. The bottom cover can be set as needed. The main body of the buckle, the buckle head, the fixing head, and the following structures such as the first elastic edge, the second elastic edge, and the end corner groove are integrally injection molded. The end of the buckle head of the buckle extends out of the buckle hole of the shoulder sleeve and remains in the buckle hole of the shoulder sleeve. The notch groove at the edge of the shoulder sleeve below the buckle hole can also be omitted.
[0005] The buckle has symmetrical raised edges on both sides of the short axis edge of the shoulder sleeve above the buckle head. The raised edges of the shoulder sleeve are fastened to an outer cover. A safety gap is provided between the inner diameter of the outer cover opening and the ends of the buckle heads on both sides of the long axis edge of the buckle. The above structure ensures the normal use of the outer cover and the retaining ring assembly.
[0006] After the locking head and the latching head are integrated, one side of the latching head is connected to the main body of the lock via two first elastic edges, which elastically deform inward. The above is a specific structural embodiment of the first elastic edge.
[0007] The main body of the locking buckle has symmetrical corner grooves at each of its two inner circular sleeve ends. Corresponding to the two sides below the external thread of the inner bottle, there are symmetrically arranged protruding corner pieces. The inner wall of the corner groove corresponding to each corner piece has a protruding locking point. The edge of the inner bottle's corner piece is locked and fixed to the locking point at the corner groove of the locking buckle. This structure facilitates quick and easy fastening and fixing of the locking ring assembly to the inner bottle.
[0008] The inner bottle has symmetrical shoulder grooves on both sides of its long axis below the end corner pieces, and the bottom of the locking head fits and is limited to the shoulder grooves of the inner bottle. This structure facilitates further positioning and fixation between the inner bottle and the locking mechanism.
[0009] The upper end of the shoulder sleeve's outer diameter rib is provided with an upward inclined surface at the end of the locking head. This upward inclined surface fits against the lower inclined surface of the inner diameter above the point where the locking head and the bottle neck of the outer bottle meet. The extension length of the upper inclined surface end of the shoulder sleeve is less than the extension length of the locking head end. This structure improves the fit and fixation between the locking head and the outer bottle.
[0010] The main body of the latch has symmetrical second elastic edges at both ends of its short axis, and the middle of the second elastic edge elastically deforms inward. The above is a specific structural embodiment of the second elastic edge.
[0011] The main body of the buckle has two symmetrically protruding limiting pieces at the outer corners of the second elastic edge at its short axis. The corresponding inner diameter of the shoulder sleeve has an arc-shaped protruding limiting rib. The limiting pieces of the buckle are interference-fitted and fixed to the groove below the limiting rib of the shoulder sleeve. This structure facilitates further fixing of the buckle to the shoulder sleeve.
[0012] The outer bottle has notched edges on both sides of the short axis at the bottle mouth, and symmetrically raised directional ribs on the bottom of the shoulder sleeve corresponding to the notched edges. When the retaining ring assembly is fastened to the inner diameters of the long axis on both sides of the bottle mouth, the directional ribs of the shoulder sleeve are inserted into the notched edges of the outer bottle. This structure facilitates further positioning between the outer bottle and the shoulder sleeve.
[0013] The retaining ring assembly, nozzle assembly, inner bottle, large piston and bottom cap form a replacement assembly. The nozzle assembly has a small cap groove on the outer diameter of the top opening of the bottle mouth pump body sleeve. The inner diameter protrusion of the replacement cap is fastened and fixed to the small cap groove of the bottle mouth pump body sleeve.
[0014] The other end of the valve stem inside the pump body of the pump core assembly engages with a valve needle inserted into the valve stem. A small piston is provided on the outer diameter of the valve needle extending from the valve stem within the pump body. The top orifice of the small piston's inner diameter is inserted into the cavity of the valve stem port, and the bottom orifice of the small piston's inner diameter is inserted into the groove of the valve needle. A through hole is provided on one side of the valve needle within the small piston at the groove. The outer diameter of the small piston abuts against the inner wall of the pump body for sealing. A spring sleeve is provided in the engagement groove at the bottom of the pump body below the valve needle. A spring is provided on the outer diameter of the valve stem extending from the pump port and inner plug within the pump body. One end of the spring abuts against the protruding rib on the outer diameter of the top orifice of the valve stem, and the other end of the spring abuts against the top of the inner plug. The above is an embodiment of the pump core assembly structure with an outer spring cover; existing pump core assemblies can also be used.
[0015] The present invention has a reasonable structural design, is easy to assemble and use, and has good stability. In particular, the replacement pack and the corresponding inner components of the outer bottle are easy to replace and remove, which facilitates the quick loading and unloading of replacement packs for different ointments. It is suitable for use as an oval-shaped replacement pack snap-on vacuum bottle and is a structural improvement of similar products. Attached Figure Description

[0029] The structure of the present invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. For example... Figures 1-9 As shown, the outer bottle 1 and inner bottle 4 of the vacuum bottle are elliptical in shape. The outer bottle contains the inner bottle, and the inner bottle contains the large piston 3. One end of the valve stem 705 extending out of the pump core assembly 7 extends and connects to the head cap 9. The pump core assembly is clamped and fixed to the center hole of the bottle mouth pump body sleeve 8 by the inner plug 704 and the pump body 701. The pump core assembly, the bottle mouth pump body sleeve, and the head cap are integrated to form a nozzle assembly. The inner thread at the inner diameter below the center hole of the bottle mouth pump body sleeve is connected to the outer thread of the bottle mouth of the inner bottle. At the same time, a retaining ring assembly is fixed to the outer diameter of the connection. The retaining ring assembly is clamped and fixed to the inner diameter on both sides of the long axis at the bottle mouth of the outer bottle. A gasket is provided at the bottom of the outer flange of the pump body above the bottle mouth of the inner bottle. The aforementioned snap ring assembly includes a shoulder sleeve 6 and a buckle 5. The shoulder sleeve and buckle are elliptical in shape, corresponding to the outer and inner bottles. The shoulder sleeve has symmetrical snap holes 601 on the cylindrical surfaces at both ends of its long axis. A notch 602 is symmetrically provided along the edge of the shoulder sleeve below the snap holes. Snap heads 501 are symmetrically provided at both ends of the long axis of the buckle corresponding to the snap holes. Fixing heads 502 are symmetrically provided at both ends of the buckle below the snap heads. The fixing head of the buckle is integrated with the snap head and then elastically connected to the main body of the buckle. The snap head of the buckle elastically extends out and is fixed to the snap hole of the shoulder sleeve. Simultaneously, the end of the snap head of the buckle extends out of the snap hole of the shoulder sleeve as a pressing part. The end of the fixing head of the buckle extends out of the notch edge of the shoulder sleeve. The extension length of the fixing head of the buckle is greater than the extension length of the snap head end of the buckle. The snap ring assembly is elastically snapped to the inner diameter of the bottle mouth of the outer bottle by the fixing head end of the buckle. The bottom of the inner bottle has a bottom cap 2. The buckle has symmetrical raised edges 605 on both sides of the short axis edge above the buckle head. The raised edges of the shoulder cover are fastened with an outer cover 10. A safety gap is provided between the inner diameter of the cover opening and the buckle head ends on both sides of the long axis edge of the buckle.
[0030] The specific structure of the vacuum bottle is as follows: After the fixing head and the latching head of the above-mentioned lock are integrated, one side of the latching head is connected to the main body of the lock through the first elastic edges 503 on both sides, and the first elastic edges deform elastically inward. The inner diameter of the main body of the lock has symmetrical corner grooves at each of the two ends of the circular sleeve. The corner grooves are symmetrically provided with protruding corner pieces 401 on both sides below the external thread of the inner bottle. The inner wall of the corner groove corresponding to the corner piece is provided with protruding latching points 505. The corner pieces of the inner bottle are latched and fixed at the latching points of the corner grooves of the lock. The top two shoulders of the long axis on both sides below the corner pieces of the inner bottle are symmetrically provided with shoulder grooves 402. The bottom of the fixing head of the lock fits and is limited to the shoulder grooves of the inner bottle. The upper end of the shoulder sleeve above the fixed head of the buckle has an upper inclined surface. The upper inclined surface is attached to the lower inclined surface of the inner diameter above the fastening point between the fixed head of the buckle and the bottle mouth of the outer bottle. The extension length of the upper inclined surface of the shoulder sleeve is less than the extension length of the fixed head of the buckle.
[0031] The main body of the aforementioned lock has symmetrically provided second elastic edges 504 at both ends of the short axis, with the middle of the second elastic edge elastically deforming inward. The outer diameter corners of the second elastic edges at the short axis of the lock's main body have symmetrically provided protruding limiting pieces 506, and the inner diameter of the corresponding shoulder sleeve has an arc-shaped protruding limiting rib 603. The limiting pieces of the lock are interference-fitted and fixed to the groove below the limiting rib of the shoulder sleeve. The inner diameter of the short axis at the bottle mouth of the outer bottle has notched edges 101, and the bottom of the corresponding shoulder sleeve has symmetrically provided protruding directional ribs 604. When the retaining ring assembly is fastened to the inner diameter of the long axis at the bottle mouth of the outer bottle, the directional ribs of the shoulder sleeve are inserted into the notched edges of the outer bottle.
[0032] The other end of the valve stem in the pump body of the above-mentioned pump core assembly is engaged with the valve needle 702 inserted into the valve stem. The outer diameter of the valve needle extending out of the valve stem in the pump body is provided with a small piston 703. The top orifice of the inner diameter of the small piston is inserted into the cavity of the valve stem port. The bottom orifice of the inner diameter of the small piston is inserted into the groove of the valve needle. A through hole is provided on one side of the valve needle in the groove of the small piston. The outer diameter of the small piston abuts against the inner wall of the pump body for sealing. A spring sleeve 707 is provided in the engagement groove at the bottom of the pump body below the valve needle. A spring 706 is provided on the outer diameter of the valve stem at the pump port and inner plug 704 extending out of the pump body. One end of the spring abuts against the rib of the top orifice of the valve stem, and the other end of the spring abuts against the top of the inner plug.
[0033] like Figures 10-12 As shown, the above-mentioned retaining ring assembly, nozzle assembly, inner bottle, large piston and bottom cover constitute the replacement assembly 11. The nozzle assembly has a small cover groove 801 on the outer diameter of the top sleeve of the bottle mouth pump body sleeve. The inner diameter of the replacement cover 12 protrudes and is fastened to the small cover groove of the bottle mouth pump body sleeve. The diameter of the replacement cover is smaller than the diameter of the outer cover.
[0034] The function of this vacuum bottle is explained as follows: After the buckle and shoulder sleeve are aligned and assembled, the buckle point on the shoulder sleeve engages with the step at the end corner of the inner bottle, thereby securing the inner bottle and preventing it from falling out; for example... Figure 7 As shown, when the buckle head is pressed in the direction indicated by the arrow, the special pressing structures at the two corresponding first elastic edges of the buckle will undergo inward elastic deformation, causing the structure at the fixing head of the buckle to contract in the same direction. The buckle head remains in the buckle hole of the shoulder sleeve. At this time, press the buckle and the inner bottle downward into the buckling groove placed on the outer bottle; then release the buckle. At this time, the fixing head of the buckle and the buckling groove of the bottle body are engaged and fixed, completing the assembly. If replacement is needed, simply press the pressing position of the buckle head, and the fixing head of the buckle will loosen. Then lift it up and it will fall into the buckling groove on the outer bottle to complete the replacement. After replacement, install the replacement assembly in the same way as described above.
[0035] In summary, this vacuum bottle relates to cosmetic packaging materials, and in particular to a replaceable oval vacuum bottle. Currently, the market mainly uses conventional round vacuum bottles with a left-right replacement structure; however, this vacuum bottle has a slot-locking press structure for replacement. Pressing the buttons on the left and right sides of the shoulder lock makes the replacement process convenient, increases the customer's experience with various creams in different refill packs, reduces the customer's replacement cost, and responds to the concept of reducing plastic and protecting the environment.
