The construction and application method involves weighing and mixing the powder materials in sequence; weighing water at the construction site as required and adding it to the powder materials; and mixing with a forced mixer for 2 minutes until uniform, thus obtaining the high-water backfill material for mine engineering. According to the backfilling and support requirements of the mine engineering, the high-water backfill material is injected into the mined area. After solidification, the backfilling and support requirements of the mined area are met.
