A method for controlling rice not to stick during the heat preservation stage of a cooking utensil and an electric rice cooker

Abstract

The present application discloses a non-stick control method for rice in the heat preservation stage of a cooking utensil and an electric rice cooker. The cooking utensil completes rice cooking through an uncoated inner pot, including: after cooking is completed, the cooking utensil is controlled to enter the heat preservation stage; the bottom temperature data of the inner pot of the cooking utensil is obtained, and the heating device is controlled to intermittently heat the inner pot according to the difference between the bottom temperature data and a preset value; the lid opening state of the cooking utensil is obtained, and if the lid opening is detected, the first heat preservation stage is executed after the lid is closed; if the lid opening is not detected, the second heat preservation stage is executed; in the first heat preservation stage, the heating device is controlled to heat the inner pot with a first preset value; in the second heat preservation stage, the heating device is controlled to heat the inner pot with a second preset value; the second preset value is greater than the first preset value. Through the above control method, the non-stick effect of the uncoated inner pot can be improved.
