Abstract

A simple method for extracting graphite microsheets from graphite tailings belongs to the technical field of graphite solid waste resource utilization, in order to overcome the problem that the extraction efficiency of residual graphite in the existing graphite tailings is low and the extraction cost is high, resulting in that a large amount of tailings with residual graphite is directly discarded in industrial production, causing resource waste, the tailings are first subjected to regrinding treatment, and a large amount of tailings sand is used as grinding medium in the tailings regrinding process, so that the residual graphite is further crushed and delaminated, so as to form a lighter microsheet structure, the graphite microsheets are subjected to primary separation by utilizing the characteristics that the graphite microsheets are easy to suspend in water and the impurities with high density are easy to precipitate in water, then the graphite microsheets are subjected to purification treatment, and become high-quality precursor raw materials for preparing graphene or micro-nano graphite products, or can directly prepare multilayer graphene.
