Use of a metal paste in the production of a metallized layer of vacuum glass

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of vacuum glass sealing technology, and discloses application of metal paste in preparation of a metal layer of vacuum glass, wherein the metal paste is prepared by mixing silver powder, glass powder, an organic solvent, a thickening agent, a thixotropic agent and a surfactant; the particle size D50 of the mixed silver powder is 1-2 mu m; and the difference of the conductivity of the metal paste obtained by random sampling detection is less than + / -0.2*10 5 m / s. In the scheme, spherical mixed silver powder is used as the main raw material, no other impurity metal is involved, the uniformity and integrity of the prepared paste are ensured, the metal layer after sintering does not appear delamination and cracking, meanwhile, the flowability of the spherical silver powder is good, the silver powder can easily pass through the screen plate and adhere to the glass during silk screen printing, the uniformity during silk screen printing is ensured, the bonding force between the metal layer and the glass substrate is improved, and the welding quality of the vacuum glass is improved.
