A device for removing impurities from stems and a working method thereof

Abstract

The application provides a tobacco stem removing device, which comprises a first dust removal box, a descaling pipeline and a second dust removal box, wherein the first dust removal box is provided with a first feeding port, a first air suction port and a first discharging port; the first feeding port is used for inputting materials into the first dust removal box; the first air suction port is used for inputting a first negative pressure gas into the first dust removal box; the descaling pipeline is provided with a third feeding port and a third discharging port; the third feeding port is communicated with the first discharging port; the sidewall of the descaling pipeline is provided with a third air suction port; the third air suction port is used for inputting a third negative pressure gas into the descaling pipeline; the adsorption force generated by the third negative pressure gas can adsorb tobacco stems, and cannot adsorb tobacco tar and hard substances in the materials. The application can remove impurities in the tobacco stems, make the smoke generated by the tobacco stem combustion reach the smoke index, eliminate the damage of hard impurities to the tobacco stem processing device, and reduce the probability of damage of the tobacco stem processing device. The application further provides a working method of the tobacco stem removing device.
