Abstract

The application discloses a distribution valve suitable for high-pressure conveying conditions, which comprises an inlet valve shell, a transition shell and a discharge port shell which are sequentially communicated; the bottom of the inlet valve shell is provided with an inlet valve oil cylinder with a piston rod, the piston rod of the inlet valve oil cylinder extends into a working cavity of the inlet valve shell, the end of the piston rod of the inlet valve oil cylinder extending into the working cavity of the inlet valve shell is provided with an inlet cone valve, the top of the inlet valve shell is provided with a B port, the inner side of the B port is provided with an inlet valve seat, and the inlet valve shell is provided with a C port; the transition shell is provided with a pressure valve oil cylinder with a piston rod, the piston rod of the pressure valve oil cylinder penetrates through a working cavity of the transition shell and extends into a working cavity of a discharge port shell from a discharge port of the transition shell, the end of the piston rod of the pressure valve oil cylinder extending into the working cavity of the discharge port shell is provided with a pressure cone valve, the inner side of a feed port of the discharge port shell is provided with a pressure valve seat, and the discharge port shell is provided with a discharge port.
