A display panel and a preparation method of the display panel

Abstract

This application provides a display panel and a method for fabricating the display panel. The display panel includes an array substrate, a barrier layer, an anode layer, and a light-emitting layer. The barrier layer includes multiple pixel openings, and the anode layer is correspondingly disposed within each pixel opening. The anode layer includes a first region and a second region, and the thickness of the anode layer in the first region is greater than the thickness of the corresponding anode layer in the second region. In this application embodiment, by forming two film layers of different thicknesses in the first and second regions of the anode layer, the anode layer near the edge of the pixel opening is thicker. When the light-emitting layer is then fabricated on the anode layer, the problem of the light-emitting layer continuing to climb and curl upwards along the sidewall of the pixel opening can be effectively avoided, thus improving the display quality and effect of the panel.
