本发明公开了一种超低氧易切削合金模具钢及其冶炼方法,属于炼钢的技术领域。超低氧易切削合金模具钢中:T.O≤0.0010%、Alt≤0.0025%、Ti≤0.0010%。冶炼方法包括高炉冶炼;转炉冶炼,转炉出钢,LF精炼,RH真空精炼,连铸。本发明铁水预处理KR不脱硫处理,获得高硫铁水,增大转炉出钢时钢水硫含量。转炉出钢过程先加部分硅、锰合金弱脱氧,同时出钢过程不加石灰等造渣料,脱氧产物主要是SiO2,形成超低碱度的酸性渣,可避免炉渣脱硫。在RH脱氧合金化时,向钢包渣面加入电石、铝酸钙渣面脱氧剂进一步脱除炉渣中的氧,避免连铸过程中氧化钢水中的合金元素,造成钢水二次污染,进一步提高钢水洁净度。
