Abstract

The application relates to a self-adaptive infrared and stress information fusion axle box wheelset detection device, which adopts a stress collecting device of a self-adaptive scissor type telescopic device; the stress collecting device is designed by using a scissor type telescopic structure and a strain gauge positioning box; the scissor type telescopic structure can adaptively fix the strain gauge positioning box inside a rail base web; and the design of a reserved hole of the strain gauge positioning box facilitates positioning and installation of the strain gauge. Secondly, the infrared detection device is placed on a guide rail structure and used for detecting temperature distribution of the rail after a locomotive passes; a data processing unit receives data collected by the infrared detection device and the stress gauge; and the infrared information and the stress information are comprehensively analyzed through a data fusion algorithm. Through cooperative work of the stress collecting device of the self-adaptive scissor type telescopic device and the infrared detection device, the application can more accurately and intelligently evaluate the state of the wheelset and judge whether a fault exists.
