Abstract

本发明一种旧沥青混合料的冷再生方法，属于路面材料资源回收再利用技术领域。包括以下步骤（1）将水乳液A组分与旧沥青混合料混合搅拌直至旧沥青混合料表面被A组分包裹均匀；（2）将水乳液B组分与新粘结料混合搅拌均匀直至不分层、不沉淀、颜色均一；（3）将步骤（1）和步骤（2）的产物混合，搅拌直至步骤（1）的产物表面被步骤（2）的产物包裹均匀。将现有沥青路面面层铲削后进行油石分离得到旧沥青混合料，使用两种水溶性单体分别对旧沥青混合料和新粘结料进行改性，得到新的沥青混合料；不仅改善了混合料的粘结性，提高了路面性能，增加了耐久性，减少了维护要求，延长了路面寿命；实现了旧沥青混合料的冷再生，减少了固废产生。
