Abstract

This invention discloses a mechanical device for punching holes in paper tape, including a punching mechanism, a paper feeding mechanism, and a moving mechanism. The punching mechanism includes a punching punch, a punch seat, a punch limiting sliding column, an eccentric wheel, a moving upper seat, an eccentric wheel bearing, an eccentric wheel retaining ring, a punching motor, and a punching motor buckle. The paper feeding mechanism includes a paper feeding motor buckle, a paper feeding motor, a paper feeding table, a paper feeding coupling, a paper feeding silicone tube, a paper feeding motor seat, a paper feeding support, a paper feeding upper shaft, a paper feeding lower shaft, and a paper feeding transition plate. The moving mechanism includes a frame guide rod, a frame lead screw, a moving motor, a left structural plate, a right structural plate, a moving lower seat moving flange seat, a moving flange, a moving upper and lower seat connecting rod, and a moving motor buckle. This invention realizes the function of punching holes in paper tape for hand-cranked music boxes, freeing up manual labor, and has the advantages of high punching accuracy, high speed, small footprint, and low cost, while maintaining the production quality and speed of hand-cranked music box paper tape products.
