Abstract

The application discloses a manufacturing method of super fiber washing reverse suede, which comprises the following steps: once re-wetting, re-tanning, once neutralization, once dyeing, once fat-liquoring, once fixing, once washing and drumming, water squeezing, vacuum drying, hanging and airing, softening, grabbing, skinning, dusting, twice neutralization, twice fat-liquoring, twice washing and drumming, hanging and airing and drumming. The prepared super fiber washing reverse suede has excellent color fastness, strong elongation, tear resistance, tensile strength and color fastness.
