Abstract

The application discloses a marine diesel engine fresh water preheating system and method, which comprises a liquid supply part, the output end of the liquid supply part is communicated with an elastic tube through a pipeline, the end of the elastic tube away from the liquid supply part extends to the upper side of an oil tank body and is provided with a floating plate through a connecting part, a flexible spiral tube part is arranged below the floating plate, one end of the flexible spiral tube part penetrates through the floating plate and is communicated with the end of the connecting part away from the elastic tube, the other end of the flexible spiral tube part penetrates through the lower end of the side wall of the oil tank body and is communicated with a transmission tube through a shunt pipe, and the other end of the transmission tube is communicated with the input end of the liquid supply part. The flexible spiral tube part is always immersed in the fuel in the oil tank body when the floating plate is lifted or lowered, the flexible spiral tube part is always immersed in the fuel in the oil tank body, complete heat can be always transferred to the fuel, the fuel preheating effect is not reduced, and the waste of heat energy of the heated liquid is prevented.
