The light-emitting panel comprises a substrate, a dam, a plurality of light-emitting devices, a first inorganic encapsulation layer, a first organic encapsulation layer, a second inorganic encapsulation layer, a second organic encapsulation layer and a third inorganic encapsulation layer, the dam and the plurality of light-emitting devices are located on one side of the substrate, the first inorganic encapsulation layer, the first organic encapsulation layer, the second inorganic encapsulation layer, the second organic encapsulation layer and the third inorganic encapsulation layer are sequentially stacked on the side of the dam and the plurality of light-emitting devices away from the substrate, the dam is provided to form a plurality of openings, the light-emitting devices are located in the openings, the distance between the surface of the light-emitting device away from the substrate and the substrate is less than the distance between the surface of the dam away from the substrate and the substrate; the orthographic projection of the first organic encapsulation layer on the substrate is located in the orthographic projection area of the openings on the substrate.
