An integrated machine for harvesting and de-leafing lettuce

Abstract

The application provides a lettuce harvesting and leaf removing integrated machine, which comprises a bottom plate, a walking device arranged at the lower end of the bottom plate, a supporting plate arranged on the bottom plate through a platform rotating motor, an adjusting device arranged on the supporting plate, a collector and a leaf removing device arranged on the adjusting device. The application has the advantages of simple structure, high practicability, fast collection of lettuce and lettuce leaves, and fast removal of lettuce leaves. The leaf removing device is controlled to rotate the screw rod through the driving motor, so that the leaf removing ring is controlled to descend, and the leaf removing ring can strip the leaves during the descending process, thereby improving the efficiency of removing the lettuce leaves, and the removed lettuce leaves are collected in the collecting cylinder. The collecting cylinder controls the second arc-shaped plate and the third arc-shaped plate to move through the linkage assembly, so that the collecting cylinder is opened, the lettuce enters the collecting cylinder, and the lettuce and the lettuce leaves are harvested under the action of the electric saw assembly and the leaf removing assembly.
