A method for concentrating waste liquor in 1,4-butanediol production

Abstract

The application discloses a method for concentrating waste liquid in 1,4-butanediol production, which comprises sequentially connected raw material conveying pumps, a raw material preheater, a first concentration tower, a second concentration tower and a third concentration tower; the column stills of the first concentration tower, the second concentration tower and the third concentration tower are respectively connected with corresponding reboilers and column still liquid conveying pumps, and the column tops are respectively connected with corresponding column top liquid reflux tanks, column top reflux pumps and column top coolers; the column top liquid reflux tanks of the second concentration tower and the third concentration tower are respectively connected with corresponding cryogenic coolers. The application adopts three-tower two-effect differential pressure heat coupling rectification, purified water which can be recycled is obtained at each column top, the first concentration tower top vapor can be used as a heat source of the second concentration tower, the second concentration tower top vapor can be used as a heat source of the third concentration tower, and the steam consumption is greatly reduced.
