Preparation method and application of low-adhesion super-hydrophobic transparent coating

Abstract

The application provides a preparation method of a low-adhesion super-hydrophobic transparent coating and application thereof. The method comprises four steps of plasma treatment, lubricant coating treatment, immersion and pulling treatment and solidification treatment, cooperatively utilizes surface affinity, adhesion, wettability, transparency and other properties, is suitable for surface treatment of metal, glass, ceramic and other materials and products thereof with any shape and size, can endow the material surface with low-adhesion and super-hydrophobic characteristics while keeping the appearance of the above-mentioned materials, can not only eliminate the adverse effects of different forms of water, but also realize self-cleaning of the material surface, greatly promotes the service quality and prolongs the service life of the material, and therefore has very wide popularization and application prospect.
