Method, device and storage medium for predicting moisture content and fill value of tobacco

Abstract

This application provides a method, apparatus, and storage medium for predicting the moisture content and filling value of tobacco shreds. The method includes: obtaining a first and second relational expression for different types of semi-finished tobacco shreds based on their moisture content under different temperature and humidity environments; obtaining a third relational expression for different types of semi-finished tobacco shreds based on their moisture content and filling value under different temperature and humidity environments; and determining the moisture content and filling value of blended tobacco shreds under different temperature and humidity environments based on the first, second, and third relational expressions. The method, apparatus, and storage medium provided in this application, by obtaining the relationship between the moisture content and filling value of various types of tobacco shreds and environmental temperature and humidity, enable the prediction of the moisture content and filling value of blended tobacco shreds under different temperature and humidity environments, thereby allowing for early control of the production process and improving product quality.
