A method and system for payment system version release detection early warning, comprising: the payment system writes information needing attention into a text log according to a format when creating an order; real-time acquisition of the text log, obtaining a system version number, a label and a value from each log line and reporting them to a monitoring system Prometheus; creating an early warning configuration table to store configuration information of early warning difference thresholds, incrementing the system version number at each release, and setting or modifying the early warning difference thresholds of the label, then real-time statistics of the index difference values of the new and old versions and sorting from large to small to show on the index panel of the payment system; detecting the log label data according to the set early warning difference threshold, if it is found that the indexes of the previous and subsequent versions exist beyond the early warning difference threshold, the early warning is triggered, the administrator confirms the index exception and performs version rollback, and if there is no early warning, the release is completed. The present application can realize timely attention to the changes in the system release process, and improve the stability and reliability of the system.
