The hydrophilic chromatographic stationary phase is prepared by bonding DAC to the surface of mercaptopropyl modified silica gel microspheres through a "thiol-alkene" click chemistry reaction. The method comprises the following steps: (1) drying of silica gel microspheres; (2) bonding of a silanization modification reagent, mercaptopropyl triethoxysilane, to the surface of silica gel to obtain mercaptopropyl silica gel; (3) bonding of DAC with a vinyl group to the surface of silica gel modified with mercapto through a "thiol-alkene" click chemistry reaction to prepare a novel DAC bonded silica gel hydrophilic chromatographic mode stationary phase.
