Abstract

A ribbon cartridge capable of suppressing a decrease in rigidity of a cartridge case caused by a tape guide port being provided. The ribbon cartridge is provided with a cartridge-side tape guide port and a cartridge-side tape discharge port on a cartridge case, a first case portion and a second case portion are combined together by a plurality of case engaging portions having a second B engaging pin provided on the second case portion and a first B engaging hole provided on the first case portion and engaging with the second B engaging pin, and the cartridge-side tape guide port is provided at a position at which a spacing from one of the plurality of case engaging portions is smaller than a dimension in a short side direction of the cartridge-side tape guide port.
