Device for motor rotor bolt and nut mounting

Abstract

This invention provides a device for installing bolts and nuts on a motor rotor, belonging to the field of mechanical technology. The device includes: a frame, on which are mounted a bolt installation mechanism for inserting bolts into the motor rotor; a bolt guiding mechanism for ensuring alignment with bolt holes on the motor rotor during bolt insertion; a nut installation mechanism for fitting the nut onto the connecting portion of the bolt; a tightening mechanism for tightening the nut; a conveying mechanism for transporting the motor rotor; and a robot for transferring and calibrating the position of the motor rotor. This invention offers advantages such as time and labor saving, simple operation, and high work efficiency in installing bolts and nuts on motor rotors.
