Integrated circuit temperature regulation system and method

Abstract

The present invention provides an integrated circuit temperature regulation system and method thereof, and relates to the field of temperature control technology. The system includes: a binocular camera, an exhaust fan and a processor, and the processor is used to: shoot an image to be processed; detect the image to be processed to obtain a first position of the circuit and a second position of the electronic device; determine the circuit complexity score according to the first position; determine the device complexity score according to the second position; shoot infrared images at multiple times in the current test cycle; determine the average temperature trend function according to the infrared image; determine the control strategy of the exhaust fan according to the circuit complexity score, the device complexity score and the average temperature trend function. According to the present invention, the temperature control system can meet the actual heat dissipation requirements of the integrated circuit, enable the integrated circuit to work at normal temperature, and improve the working performance and service life of the integrated circuit.
