Abstract

本发明提供了一种可用于直写3D打印的硅胶基导电油墨的制备方法及其在柔性电子中的应用。先是使用乙醇清洁银粉表面脂肪酸,再用短链硅胶吸附在银粉表面以降低油墨粘度,再在基体长链硅胶中添加碳纳米管以提升油墨模量,最终得到可用于直写3D打印的硅胶基导电油墨。由本发明制备方法得到的油墨可以在50‑1000微米针头内径尺寸下进行精细3D直写打印,构建3D柔性电子,固化后的复合材料电线电阻率为1.2‑9.5×10‑4Ωcm。具有优良的导电性能。
