The center positioning information of a ship is obtained through a ship-mounted GNSS device, the positioning information and the path of a target aircraft are obtained through an aircraft-mounted device, the predetermined route is determined according to the ship positioning information, the target aircraft positioning information and task requirements, and when the positions of the ship and the target aircraft change, the target aircraft can follow up the flight according to the task requirements by controlling the lateral deviation and the radial deviation of the flight of the target aircraft.
