Abstract

The present application belongs to the field of compound extraction, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a pomegranate peel triterpenoid extract based on fermentation of probiotics, and the obtained product and application. The method first ferments pomegranate peel powder, then adds an ethanol solution to the fermented extract, obtains an ethanol extract by ultrasonic extraction, and purifies the ethanol extract by D101 macroporous resin. The preparation method provided by the present application first ferments pomegranate peel by using lactobacillus plantarum, which can improve the extraction rate of triterpenoid compounds in pomegranate peel, improve the utilization degree of pomegranate peel, and improve the efficacy. The obtained extract is subjected to structural identification of pomegranate peel triterpenoid components by LC-MS / MS, and the triterpenoid content is highest for asiatic acid, corosolic acid and maslinic acid. In vitro cell experiments show that the pomegranate peel triterpenoid can effectively inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells, and can effectively promote the apoptosis of cancer cells. These results suggest that the pomegranate peel triterpenoid has potential for adjuvant therapy of tumors, and lay a foundation for further development and utilization of pomegranate peel.
