Methods for identifying the authenticity of zucchini varieties and their specific SSR primer combinations

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of SSR molecular markers and their detection, specifically relating to a method for identifying the authenticity of zucchini varieties and a dedicated SSR primer combination. The SSR loci used to identify the authenticity of zucchini varieties are selected from any 1 to 32 of the following SSR loci, from the first to the thirty-second. The SSR primer combination is selected from the first to the thirty-second SSR primer pairs, respectively used for PCR amplification of the first to the thirty-second SSR loci. This invention can be used for early identification of zucchini varieties at the seed or seedling stage, ensuring the authenticity of varieties, effectively protecting the rights and interests of producers and breeders, and providing technical support for the protection of zucchini germplasm resources and new varieties.
