A kind of Dendrobium officinale fermentation product and its preparation method and application

Abstract

The present invention relates to a Dendrobium officinale fermentation product, wherein the raw materials for preparation include gel particles and fermentation bacteria, and the gel particles include seaweed polysaccharide and Dendrobium officinale extract. In the present invention, gel particles prepared by seaweed polysaccharide and Dendrobium officinale extract are mixed with fermentation bacteria for fermentation. On the one hand, the Dendrobium officinale extract is fully dispersed inside the gel particles, and the fermentation bacteria can fully decompose the Dendrobium officinale extract inside the gel particles. On the other hand, the gel particles can provide a complex three-dimensional environment similar to solid fermentation rather than a homogeneous environment of liquid fermentation, thereby forming more types of fermentation products and improving the activity of the fermentation products. According to experimental results, it is found that the Dendrobium officinale fermentation product of the present invention has a higher polysaccharide extraction rate and a richer variety of small molecule polysaccharides and other active ingredients.
