A carbon steel pipeline cleaning device for a generator set and a cleaning method thereof

Abstract

The present application relates to the field of nuclear power emergency generator set, especially to a carbon steel pipeline cleaning device of generator set and a cleaning method thereof. The carbon steel pipeline cleaning device of generator set comprises profiled slide rails and hollow stepped columns, which are symmetrically arranged in the cleaning pool. The profiled slide rails are used for guiding and conveying the carbon steel pipeline, and the profiled slide rails are divided into three sections, i.e. a starting section, a middle conveying section and an output section. The end of the profiled slide rail is provided with a hollow stepped column. A guide plate is arranged between the two profiled slide rails, which is used for driving the carbon steel pipeline to move on the profiled slide rail. A conveying mechanism is arranged in the cleaning pool. The cleaning liquid in the cleaning pool is organic rust remover, organic carbon black remover, organic corrosion inhibitor, organic penetrant and desalted water. The carbon steel pipeline cleaning device of generator set and the cleaning method thereof have the advantages of efficient rust removal, corrosion prevention, environmental protection and no pollution.
