An oilfield measure flowback fluid on-line detection environment-friendly treatment system and method

Abstract

The present application belongs to the field of oil and gas development, and discloses an online detection and environmental protection treatment system and method for oilfield treatment backflow liquid, which comprises one or more of the following modules: a nuclear magnetic resonance oil-water analysis detection module, a solid-liquid impurity removal and separation module, a first-stage oil-water separation module, a second-stage oil-water separation module, a pH value detection module, an analysis control module, a drug feeding module, a treatment storage module, a power module and a three-phase terminal treatment module; the ten modules are independent of each other and can be physically bypassed, and the interconnection and intercommunication design is adopted, so that the backflow liquid can be recycled after treatment, the multi-stage detection can be switched to the corresponding process quickly after automatic analysis, and each module can discharge the qualified liquid alone, thereby greatly improving the treatment rate of the backflow liquid and adapting to the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements.
